Blue Tower Party

Blue Tower Party

Six days of work, 9 hours a day, Backpain,  from an hour of sitting on the chair doing some paper works. Life is not just working to earn money in order to enjoy life you need to add spice on it. From your busy boring schedule you need to find way how to spare your free time worthy and fun. It was February 24 when we start planing our party, inuman session, kwentuhan session anything we call it. At first we are planning to have it on our colleagues villa but then we refused it because one of our manager on the site office on the Blue Tower offers their flat (accomodation) for us saying that its available on that day. In fact he also offers his videoke that's why we became interested too.
We decided to have it February 27 since we were just until 1pm every Thursday and the next day will be our off since its Friday. The day after that we went to supermarket to buy some meat and fish to cook. We went  the fish market to buy tilapia (one of my favorite fish, very tasty specially when its fresh). A four pieces  of Tilapia fish is worth 15dhs only its cheap right. Then after that we went to West Zone supermarket to buy pork and other ingredients for the barbecue that we will serve on that day. We bought 5 packs of it for only 60DHS which I think cheap. So now were ready for tomorrow's party.
Now all are set and were ready to go. Feb.27 Thursday, we are all excited, making us busy checking time until it reaches 1 o clock (haha!). 1:05pm we are all outside the office waiting for the car of our site manager. He said that he will take us there because we don't know what bus we are going to take. Since he have his own car we will just use it. We reached the Blue Tower for only 10 minutes, quite near right???.  We undergone to security check. The first is to scan the card on the checkpoint gate and will automatically open and then the manual check of the security guards. They are not that strict on us maybe because we are with their manager hahaha cool!. At the ground floor where our manager's accommodation is, we arranged all the things that we needed for the barbecue and the bulalo(soup) then after that, our manager told us that we will do the barbecue at the roof top( wow! sounds amazing!!). We went to the elevator last number was at the 60th floor. But the button is lock, in order to access it you must have the key, so they open it with the key and boom! 60th floor is coming. I think this was the highest floor I've ever reached from now. The elevator was fast enough for us to reach every second every floor. So we just took it 60 seconds to reach the roof top.
I feel excited to see what view of Dubai it will offer me. Then there you we are here now at the 60th floor. You will feel the strong wind whirling on that floor. I checked outside view and all i can say is wow! Ive seen the panoramic view of  Dubai at the top. Very nice, it will make you take a picture of it as a souvenir (wahehehe!). I can see the burj khalifa and all the highest buildings in Dubai.
We started to grill barbecue at the roof top, hmmm smells good and taste yummy. While were grilling it I cant get enough to have a taste of it and its perfect. I mean the combination of sweet and salty flavor which every filipino is looking for (filipino style). After that half an hour of barbecue grill we went back to the ground floor to start the lunch, it was 3:00pm that time. then after that we started the inuman session. Black label, and the other alcohol whats the name again?(oah I forgot).  They open their 36inch LED TV, speakers on, Mic on and boom.. party is about to start. We are 15 there in the room all our filipino. We enjoyed every hour of it. I must say that we were like a professional singer when we tried their Elvis Presley microphone with a great sound then you will put an earphone to modulate the sound of your voice. What you can hear on th earphone is not a music but your voice also. On that case you can control the sound of your voice, (it works good!). Drinking, eating, singing, chatting... till we get drunk. This was one of the best experience we ever had. We finished the party 12midnight lol!. Then we decided to go back home that time.
The influence of the alcohol were gone you know why??? because we walked from the bluetower to our accomodation. Since its 12midnight no bus and metro train available and the only transportation you can take is taxi,  but its quiet expensive 10dhs is the minimum fare so we just decided to walk. While walking we try to remember all the things we've done that night. Very funny, the things how we behave because of the influence of alcohol. We took almost 30minutes of walk from there to our accomodation but we didnt feel tires of it because of too much laughing.

Dubai's Currency- DIRHAMS

Dubai's Currency- DIRHAMS
One Dirham is composed of 100 fils . Ang currency ng Dirham ay nagsimula noong May 19, 1973 as a replacement for Dubai Riyal. Noong 1973 naman nagsimula ang paggamit ng coins magmula 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 fils at 1dirham. Ang 1 US dollar is equals to 3.67 Dirhams.

How to distinguish the UAE Currency???

Experience:

The first amount that I spend in Dubai was 10 DHS which was given by my sister. Actually when you will try to convert it in Philippine Peso the 10dhs will have na amount of  P120 quiet enough to buy 1day of your food in the Philippines.

We went to supermarket to buy something to cook for dinner. We roam around the store and check for the vegetables and meat. I noticed the price tag of the products that they are selling. One plastic of four bread is 1.50 dhs cheap right? but when you convert it to the Philippine money you can buy 3 plastic of it.

Tagalog- English: Changing My Blog to Universal Language

Tagalog- English: Changing My Blog to Universal Language

Hello to all the readers of my blog and to all the bloggers out there. I think you know the language that I'm using on my blog is Filipino language or what we called Tagalog. I'm proud to be a Filipino that's why as much as I want I'm trying to make my stories written in my own my native language . But now I realize that I need to make a change with the language that Im using so that everyone will understand it and I can deliver to it clearly for all the readers. I decided to change it today because of the viewers that I received from around the world reading my blogs. From United States, Germany, Serbia, Russia, Finland, Spain etc. all of them I know that they are interested on it but it will be very hard for them to understand. A few months ago I tried the Google Translate to my blog to be able to translate my entry to different languages but then I noticed that not every sentence on my blogs was able to be translated on the specified language that a viewer want. Maybe Google translate have not yet the full capabilities of translating the Tagalog Language but I know on the next few months it will get more improvement. Now I will try to write my blog in English as much as I can to be able to deliver quality stories not just for my countrymen but for the whole world reading it.

Valentines Day Sale

Valentines Day Sale

Anyway since wala akong ka-date dito gagala mo ako sa mall at maglibang.

Sinabi niya sa akin na dalian daw namin dahil magsasara na ang mall pero alam ko talaga na 12am pa and I know that she was just fooling me.
Sales sila ngayon 70%-50% off sa ibang mga sapatos nila- valentines day sale daw. Dahil na din sa dobrang bagsak na ng presyo nya na original price is 270dhs went down to 190dhs during DSF and now I bought it for 130dhs because of the Valentines offer. So kahit na tapos na ang DSF mayroong pa rin pala akong aasahang sale and I think I made a right decision with that.

Change Climate- From Cold to Hot During Valentines Day

Change Climate- From Cold to Hot

Dubai's Climate- Summer and Winter

Dubai's Climate

Samantalang April to October ang summer.

Emirates I.D - Your Emirates Identity

Emirates I.D - Your Emirates Identity

Hindi lang dito ang kuhaan ng id mayroon silang 11 locations sa Dubai as of now.

Registration Form

How to get your emirates i.d?
